So I am going to acknowledge this now so that we don't need to do it later or turn it into a hug debate.
The event is $45.00. I know that maybe shocking to allot of you. You have to remember that this event is a very costly one to host. However look at the whole picture and just remind yourself this isn't the type of 2 day event that is cheap to host and there is allot of costs involved to pull this off. If the price is too high and you don't want to attend, well I understand but I have analyzed the costs and this is where it has to be otherwise I have to start cutting stuff out and I do not envision doing that for my vision for the event.
My goal was to create a cool event that happens only once a year that has a swap meet, camping, party, a cool mini-op game, free food and beverages, lots and lots of prizes and free stuff for everyone. This is a bash, a time for all of us to get together and celebrate the summer season of airsoft.
I hope to see many of you there... I trully believe if you do not attend you are missing out. Maybe next year eh???
Hopefully as time progress and I can get some food & beverage sponsors really on board then costs can go down. Give it time. This is the first one. We gotta start somewhere.
BTW there is a few other items happening that I have not mentioned. you will just have to show up and see.
