So we have a few updates about the field. These are direct from the field owner.First off: there is an EXTREME fire risk, and as such, smokes, other pyro and fire pits are NOT allowed. We know that in the past, attendants brought an above ground fire pit. The field owner says that's a no go this year. BBQs are allowed in a self contained unit, but not in the orchards. Smoking is not allowed in the field. If you need a smoke, please do it on the gravel road.
Second: the field owner's insurance now requires face protection. This can be a mesh mask, paintball mask, shemagh, balaclava etc. It has to "lessen the impact to any orifice". If you want to use a t-shirt as a ninja mask, that's fine too.
Lastly: the harvest is coming in early and as such, there will be no playing or parking in the orchards. Camping is allowed in the orchards, but do NOT attach anything to the trees. Do NOT mess with the hazelnuts. They are the field owner's livelihood. If you see them on the ground, please leave them alone.
That's it! It's shaping up to be a great event! Hobo brothers bbq new offering is great! We got to try them at Ricks last event and they are delicious!
Any questions, please post up here. Remember to RSVP and make sure your friends do as well.
Even specific grenade rules
Grenade can be used for Log bunkers and Plywood building structures only.
Log bunkers: Grenades can be thrown through the doorway or over the wall.
Plywood building structures: Grenades can only be thrown through doors and windows. Grenades thrown over the plywood walls don't count.
The general rule is that if a grenade object lands in the structure that you occupy, you call yourself hit (this means if 4 guys are piled into a small room, they're all dead). You can only use rubber, plastic, and foam grenade replicas, and foam or nerf projectiles fired from M203 launchers. No metal grenades.
Modified tennis ball grenades are all acceptable for use.
Vehicle Rules: We may have vehicles in play. To disable a vehicle, you must hit them with either a Nerf Rocket, or an impact exploding 203 (TAGIIN White or Blue). Time delayed TAGINN (Yellow) will only incapacitate a vehicle if it explodes on the vehicle. No personal vehicles will be allowed on the field. We've already reached out to them.
REGISTRATION / ARRIVALWe will have a driveway admission booth, participants will be given a wristband and raffle ticket while in their vehicle. (Please try to have funds ready from all persons in your vehicle, to ensure this flows quickly and smoothly)
After that you can park and set up camp or wander around. Everyone who is planning on playing must go turn in a waiver and chrono their replicas.(after parking)

Each sponsor has the links to this thread and our Facebook page, so the more you hype up this event, the more they will be willing to donate.
Airsoft Outlet North West- One of the premier airsoft retailers in the Pacific North West. These guys are local, and have always been willing to help out. They will be bringing a bunch of inventory for you to look at and buy.
Evike- One of the largest retailers in the nation. They have been sponsors for many years and have donated many things for us to raffle to you. We are proud to announce they are returning again this year.
Gun Fighter Tactical- One of our very own players has been making custom molded kydex holsters for a few years now. Many of our team members use his products and can honestly say they are fantastic. He will be onsite selling his wares. Go check them out. He has everything from holster, mag carriers, and flash bang holders.
ThunderKiss North West- Another local shop from Vancouver. A newer shop, but one that is going strong. They constantly come out and show support for the sport and help keep things going.
Extreme Velocity- A shop out of Salem. Newer to the airsoft scene, but they've jumped in head first and are excelling. I had the privileged of talking with Brian (owner) for a long time and he's got some great ideas for this sport.
Badger Airsoft- One of the Northwest mosts involved persons, Rick Fisher, has joined us as a sponsor. Rick is one of the most active game hosts in the area and is the one who has been getting the games going that have kept us coming back out. Check him out and see what he's got for people!
Onsite food for sale will be through Hobo Brothers BBQ.
Oregon Paintball has been serving the paintball and airsoft community since 1993. They have signed on to be a sponsor to our event! We're very excited to have them!
