White Band (any piece of white cloth about 2" wide by 20" long or so) It is tied around your arm by another member on your team when you are shot. This allows you to be healed "ONCE" in the field. Second time your shot you have to go to spawn. Many of my old tee-shirts have become White Heal Bands.

Death rag, yes any red cloth, normally at least 12" x12" so it can be easily seen from a distance.

Heal rags.... A LOT of us use old socks torn in 2 to 3" strips. Easy to slip on and not have to worry about tying anything. Just PLEASE wash them first. We don't want toe fungus on our arm.

A long white sock will work, or strips from an old pillow case. Any white fabric that's long enough to tie around your arm will work perfect.

Jeans are fine. Having good boots are more important than camo.

PLEASE don't be one of those guys that shows up in flip flops and speedoes with a nerf gun ! To many of those running around these days. Joking..... Don't worry about the looks so much. It's not a fashion show. Some it is but you will get there when you get your stuff together. I agree boots and bring lots of water and food. If you show up in a good mood you will have a blast at this field!
