Airsoft Scenario Day at the Swamp Jan 14th 2018

Postby theswamp » Sat Nov 25, 2017 4:54 pm

This is our monthly Airsoft day @ the Swamp. We will have mini scenarios all day. The field opens at 8am and the safety briefing will be at 10 am. We will then have a 30 minute lunch break around 1pm, and we will have $5 hot dog lunches for sale also. Then we close the field down at 3pm.
Cost: $25 entry fee, Rentals are $35 and that includes entry fee.
We require full seal eyepro, not cheap safety glasses!! We also require full face protection. Bio BB's only at the Swamp. Please leave BB's in their original packaging, if we see BB's not in original package you will not be allowed to use them.
We will have BIO BB's and eye/face pro for sale. Our field is Polar Star friendly, with a full air station that gives up to 4500psi fills. If you are under the age of 16 you must have an adult with you at the field. For any other information please contact us at S&F Paintball and Airsoft. The Swamp's field address is 38488 Shady Oak Ln. Lebanon OR 97355
Phone # (541) 409-0511
WE ARE NOW USING DIGITAL WAIVERS ONLY AT THE SWAMP. HERE IS THE LINK TO FILL OUT THE WAVER https://www.vantora.com/Paintball/swamp/waiver/

Hey guys, I am thinking of coming out for the day but I am new and don't have any guns or gear. I have been looking online for some stuff but I really don't know what I want yet. If you have any extra guns or gear could you maybe hook me up for the day so I can get a better idea of what to buy? I'll bring cash if you are looking to sell anything and it works out.
Thanks,
Dave

Perfect, I was actually looking at buying one of those. I'll just do a rental on Sunday and see how I like that one. Thanks!

Also, how do those masks do with glasses? Should I look into getting something with more venting or anything like that so I don't get fogged up?

Take it from a eyeglass wearer, fogging issues can be a pain. For starting out a paintball mask offers good ventilation, the key is to wear the mask down even before you enter the field. This helps to balance the cold/hot and helps the mask to not fog up. If you really enjoy airsoft and wish to upgrade eyepro, other options are available and I'm happy to share my experiences.

Funny people spend a lot of $$$ on their AEG that can be replaced, but skimp on eye and face pro ...

You can't go wrong with a G&G, especially as a starter AEG ... Shrek & Fiona at The SWAMP will make sure your ready for the game ...

BTW, Welcome to AP!!! :-D
Thank you,
Dennis "Crossbow"
