Quality AK 47

Postby Attack37 » Fri Jan 16, 2015 3:36 am

Wife is wanting an AK 47. Looking for a durable and reliable weapon with an FPS around 390 (w .20g). Please give me some ideas of what I should look for, or avoid.

Thanks.

IMO cyma makes the best Ak47 on the market, I have had 2 and they are tanks and easy to upgrade.

Real Sword. Shoots 400 out of the box. Can survive lipo fires, abuse and trees. I've had mine for 4 years, used it tons and never once had it quit on me. Stock accuracy is amazing as well. Treat it like a TM (don't open it) and it'll run forever.

They also have the best externals on the market IMO.

Talk about a lack of personal and community safety in that video. Holy Cow. Quite suprised given MSW level of quality.

You mean compared to all the videos that they make at outlet, where they are behind the building shooting guns with no eye pro on?

The neighbors don't care.

As far as the AK's go. That E&L had Jesse freaking out, he said it came up "missing" several times before they had to send it back.

But this go's back to the same thing anytime someone on here states that they're wanting to buy a rifle for their wife/girlfriend, how much do you think she'll play? Is she in the military also? Then yeah go crazy and buy a $400 gun, you think she'll play like 4-6 games a year? Go for something like what a lot of us have, and are happy with, an Echo1 Red Star. They're very affordable, and everyone that I know who has one, is happy with it.

You gotta remember, what money you don't spend, or worse, waste trying to resale if she's not into airsoft, is money that could be put into your kit, or wings and beer.

The wife already own's 2 paintball guns, mask, and proudly showed off her large bruise from a paintball hit (Side boob). She wants the AK because she liked firing her dad's AK47 and knows she likes it. As far as her being in the military....doesn't matter. WAR took 2nd place in the PNW Competition with only 2 of the squad who had any military experience.

Needless to say, I am looking for a durable weapon that is worth the money. Generally you get what you pay for... that being said...my first weapon was an unknown company called Echo1, that M4 was awesome.
