I'm new here, got my own gear, but before I even tried to make it I was wondering what DMR means. I have an M4 with an FPS around 412 and I was making sure it would be allowed to use.

DMR = Designated Marksman Rifle.

DMR Ruleset - AEG shooting semi-automatic with full automatic function disabled. and with an FPS rating of <400.

400 < 412.

Hello all! I just joined AP a few days ago and I am very excited to be a part of the community. I was planning on coming to this event in Silverton but I wasn't aware of the protocol in terms of attendance or making my existence known before I just showed up.

Incidentally, I have a few questions about next Sunday and events in general. If this isn't the appropriate place for my questions please let me know, this is also my first ever forum post. My gun is battery powered and although I have several batteries that I intend to bring fully charged, is there usually a power supply available at the field(s)? I also roll with standard .20g bbs but to my knowledge mine are not bio-degradable. Should I remedy that or are the cheaper ones acceptable? I have read all of the threads for AP survival but I am totally open to any other suggestions and/or criticisms.

Show up, if you blow the limit, we can temporarily disable your full-auto using some tape. Hope you can make it out!

I wouldn't bet on being able to get power in the field, it's a good distance from the house. If you have a few charged batteries, you should be fine.
