Well, I just ordered a tsd sd702/well mb07 and am looking for the answer to the inner barrel length. I'm not ready to say, "I can't find it", but I'm coming close.

Also, I am considering adding a mock silencer to it to gain more distance for a longer inner barrel.

UPDATE: Thinking the sd inner barrel is 431mm is 16.96847 inches. Is this long enough for a sniper rifle? It is stock and is probably not a TB either.

I know this is a way old post but no one has talked about it so I feel that it can't hurt to add in my two cents about the A&K SVD. Sooooo when I bought this weapon stock it had fair accuracy and power. However, after I upgraded the barrel and the spring I was shooting for DAAAAAYYYYYSSSS. Not to say that the longer the barrel--the better, but I can definetly say it makes a huge difference. The range I get out of my SVD has put my friends sniper rifles to shame. I can tap them through a bush, while they arch their gun to try and get as much range to hit as possible. Sometimes it is quite ridiculous. On top of it being fairly accurate out at very long range it is quiet in the vacinity of the shooter (as are most spring rifles). The only large draw back is that if you are playing in more confined spaces (i.e. jungle, urban, or anything not as open) the weight and length of the gun slow you down. This is more of a "chill out and wait" gun than a squad sniper or an "assaulting" sniper. Lastly, bolt pull not advised for the weak armed--it can take some getting used to. Anyhow, breaking rules yet again to resurrect an old topic. Something had to be said about it though.

You realize that is a length, not a diameter, right?
Also since 431mm =16.9685039inches he did not measure mm and convert beyond the preciseness of his measurement. I see no reason to believe he didn't measure as accurately as his numbers imply.

He said 16.96847 inches which is not just 431mm converted to inches. If so he would have said 16.9685039 inches.
So if he didn't get those number through conversion how did he get them? The only way I can see is that he measured it at that length. Although I do wonder how he measured a length that large that precisely.

Ive been playing with the vsr10 platform for about 5 years now. Ive found some really good combinations of parts/upgrades and some awlful combos as well. The only thing ive yet to mod to much is the spacing between the inner barrel and outer barrel. Ive bought those crappy delruim spacers and they will suck up some vibration but they come loose. Id like to experiment with the foam but i need to know what exactly to buy. So far ive purcused a rubber mallet. So my question is..... what type of spray foam is best. Is there foam that expands more than others? How much foam do i use? Can air bubbles form? Soo a video and detailed product list would be great

A idea ive had and will try in the next couple weeks is with electric tape and rubber o-rings. My thought is to wrap this tape around the inner barrel and create a groove while wrapping to hold a o ring in. I would do this about every 1.5 inches down the barrel. Any thoughts?

Pdi bore up palastine cylinder/piston/nozzle
Angel custom neo 1hop up chamber
Angel custom 430 6.01 tbb
Angel custom w-bucking
i use .40 bbs by WE

I have some mag issues and my groupings are with in 5 inches at 40 yards. It took alot of fine tuning to get to this accuracy.

So id like to try out the magic box 430mm 6.13 barrel and also try the orca 430 6.23. As well as the ryusoku bucking and nub.
