My bb's just fall out of the barrel when I'm holding it down!!

hop up bucking is not seated properly?
Promoters who charge $40 for a game they just copy and paste, does not give a crap about you, they care about money.

Ex. In my KWA CQR there is a lump in the bottom of my hop up bucking, it goes into a little grove on the bottom of the barrel that the hopup/barrel clip also attaches to. If the hop up's little bump ((Refusing to call it a nub to prevent confusion)) isn't in the barrel's grove, my shots are off because the hop up is not getting very good, ((If any pressure)) on the bb.

The other thing, my CQR also has the occasional "roll out" I just turn on my hop up and continue as normal.

You could be missing the metal ring between the cylinder head and the bucking. You also could have damaged your arm or rubber.
