for the loadouts man, if you have the correct uniform, pretty much any plate carrier used and whatever pouch setup you got would do.

'Cause you know, I've seen pics of MARSOC using an Osprey MkIV vest in DPM with UCP-patterned pouches... ;)

Okay well some common sense here and there would have been preferred, nothing too smart a$$. Of course if you're going to Assume the look you'll get a coyote carrier, with coyote pouches.

Most of those going into Marsoc are younger than you think. 19 to 25 is the norm for the most part. The physical demands of the training and operation tempo does hellish things on the body so you dont see many older guys doing that line of work. Make no mistake though. By the time these kids are old enough to drink, they generally have a couple of deployments in.
