Nasty, the AS50 is said to be in use by the Navy SEALs for beach operations due to the amount of drainage holes for water.

About what timframe would be accurate for an AFSOC kit using woodland cammies with a 6094A and block 1.5?

It was my understanding that TACP operators do not fall under AFSOC untill they become JTACs (meaning they can work by themselves and not in teams of 2 among other things) this allowes them to intergrate with other units to preform CAS and other such duties. JTAC work with SF, and Rangers a lot. however CCT are usually assigned to SEALs due to a higher security clearance req. hope this helps(:

TACPs (Tactical Air Controller Party) are teams of two or more TACP-trained airmen, usually with a JTAC (Joint Terminal Attack Controller) attached to coordinate aerial support fire. TACPs are AFSOC.

alright. thanks for the clarification. i was not sure.. ive only talked to Marine Corps JTACs and they werent sure how it works for the AF. so thanks.
