I have a Surefire Scout Light M600C weapon-mounted light and I can't seem to fit the CR123A batteries into it.
I thought I had the wrong batteries, but the CR123A battery listed for the scout fits into my PentagonLight MS2 weapon-mounted light. Well, technically it's listing "123A" batteries for the scout light, but after googling around, I figured it just meant that they weren't rechargeable, or lithium, or surefire wants to sell me batteries in a monogamous relationship.
I'm wondering, is there a difference between specficially Surefire 123A and regular CR123A batteries? I'm guessing I'll have to get specific batteries from Surefire, but I'd prefer the option of last minute running to the store.
