I'd check with local shops in your area. I've heard some bad stories about getting custom patches done on line. Like getting a pink color instead of tan. Most places will charge you roughly $40 for set up and then depending on size of patch your looking at about $10 to $15. BUT if you want Velcro add another $5 per patch (I recommend buying your own Velcro and put it on your self).

I've ordered from;
http://www.americanpatch.com/
http://www.thestudio.com/patches/home

The studio (butler patches) is farming the patches out to China or something, although they did a decent job and had decent customer service. A lot of the local embroidery folks I've worked with here simply outsource patch production to larger companies because the larger companies can do bigger runs and give cheaper prices.

I ordered some from mutinous creations. Pretty good, and they are printed so they can get really detailed. Don't put them through the washing machine though, they'll peel apart.

I think if your going to do 1 or 2 patches, mutinous creations is the best option. They are kinda slow anymore, they have upgraded the glue tho, so they handle the wash better when you forget to take them off.

I've had my patches for about a year now and they have help up really well. I paid like $5 each for my patches. I think the prices have gone up since then, but i'm not sure. They have a website and facebook.

Hey guys,

Just a quick FYI I added the web pages you posted to "The List".
There is no 'overkill.' There is only 'open fire' and 'I need to reload.

Same. They are kind of slow getting the orders out but the patches are really nice and have held up well.

When I got some of my patches done for a past team, I went through Salem Emblem and they were really cheap. I think it was like $15 total for the patch. But the only thing they had to do was add the stitching. I'm guessing probably $25-$30 for a full patch. Also, the more patches you get the better prices you will get.
