Yeah, people do that all the time. I hate that. That and those who call hit like a phony pony. YELL IT, it lets your team know you're dead and it avoids people asking, "ARE YOU HIT?"

I fix this problem by firing extended bursts into my target until I hear them call it.

And I am hard of hearing.
