IE7... and no I won't switch.... ;-)

Never had this problem until the new revision.

Wonder if we can make it wider because the new posts listed on the front page are squished.. Hard to read..

Plus I get the page with errors message on the bottom which I didn't have before as well.

I get errors every single time I open any page, using Opera on my phone. No, I can not load a different browser to my phone at this time. Every single link on AP gives an error.

By comparison, using myspace on my phone is a pain in the a$$, especially with everyones stupid layouts. I'd rather use myspace than AP from my phone. Its that much of a chore. Whoever did the coding, did a piss poor job as far as Opera is concerned.

And using firefox on my computer, the drop down menus are annoying as shazaam. Every time I pass over them they wig out.

Yeah Riddick, I notice that too. Wasn't happening on IE7 at home or in Firefox, but it's happening on IE7 at work. I'll look into it. If the fixed width becomes too much of a hassle I'll go back to stretchy. So far it's been 50/50.

Alex - I'm not sure why links would all break on Opera. The links are no different than they were on the old site. If Opera bombs out on this one it should have bombed out on the old one too.

As for the drop-down menus "wigging out" in Firefox, a little more information would be helpful in solving the problem.

I click the links, it opens he page. half way through it stops and gives an error.

And by 'Wigging out' i mean, when my mouse scrolls across, they start dropping, then retracting, then dropping again.

Hmm well that sucks. But to tell you the truth Opera... Opera on a phone even is probably the least likely browser and platform combination I've ever heard of. I looked at our numbers and maybe about 0.2% of our users even use Opera. If I'd known that 0.2% was you I might have actually tested the site in Opera. I used to use it a long time ago, but it had troubles displaying lots of websites.

So about the firefox issue. What version of firefox and what OS?

I think that's been happening even before we switched. Some type of GD2 problem with the gallery engine. Means troubleshooting the webserver. Yay.

I believe the column width issue for IE7 has been fixed, at least for me it is. Thanks for all the informative feedback guys.
