Thompson M1A1 Review Posted

Postby Matt » Mon Mar 03, 2008 7:37 pm

The folks over at AirSocom sent us a Cybergun Thompson M1A1 AEG for review, tonight it has been published. These are officially licensed products in the US with legal trademarks, as opposed to their Marui counterparts. Some folks may shun Cybergun for their past legal practices, but we still wanted to know how this replica stacks up to the competition. We've got the review here as well as 26 photos to go along with it.

My friend has one of these. After seeing it, I would like to pick one up for myself. It shot farther then my brothers CA SL8, and very accurate. I would just sand the "made in china" off, and it would be great

Great job Knucks, a very solid review.

If you're going to go to war against a major enemy, go; knock the hell out of him fast, and go in there to kill him and get it over with.

Does the CYMA break, like the TM does, when run on a sling?

Yes, Ice. I touch on that in the article.
Please buy your gear from Rick Fisher; perhaps he can buy a Life.

Sweet review! It's nice to know that a company that sucks can... stop sucking as much.

I use this thing as well as 2 other people on my team. It is a VERY nice gun to have in a firefight. Slap a 3000mah battery in and get over 11bps.

Very good for laying down suppressive fire.

Nice job with the review, it will be interesting to see how it performs after 5,000 rounds

I like it; if I were into WWII stuff, I'd hit it.
