Nope, not the beta. It's an ak-74m, or one of the ak-100 series.

tool, that's just the metal man. They wouldn't release it looking like that. Just like TM didn't release the M4-S in shiny metal, even though a lot of their promo pictures from some convention show it as mainly shiny metal.

They leave it uncolored for promos so you know which parts are metal and which aren't, you can't usually tell from pictures unless they do it this way.
