1st Place: Corrie as "Jill Valentine"
An incredible quality costume. Corrie dominated the public ratings, and also impressed the judges with this rendition of Jill Valentine from Resident Evil. She wins the Classic Army M14 Scout from Airsoft Extreme.
2nd Place: Amos as "Burt Gummer"
Burt Gummer from Tremmors. Right down to the stash, this is an incredibly accurate costume, and we had to hand it to Amos for coming up with a very original idea. Amos will score an M500 6mm Gas Airsoft Shotgun courtesy of AirSplat.
3rd Place: Chase/Seagreen as "Shooter Snipers"
From the opening scene in the movie Shooter. Pure bad a$$, and definitely one of the public favorites with 2300 views and 48 comments. After recently watching the film, I almost thought this was just a screen capture when I saw it. Chase wins a KJW 1911 courtesy of AirSplat for his efforts.
It was definitely close, several of the other costumes were trailing right behind Bill and Ryan, like I said, it was hard to choose. This contest was a huge success and lots of fun. We hope to have it again next year with bigger prizes and bigger and better costumes than this year... If you start planning now, chances are you'll kick some serious butt next year!
