CQC Website Launched - See the Official Event Trailer

Postby Matt » Mon Apr 13, 2009 12:57 pm

We have just launched a brand new official website for the CQC event series at cqc.airsoftpacific.com. This site will be your source of info on CQC7 and future CQC competition events to come. We plan to release new event details and teaser videos that will give away a few details for the event. Stay tuned for those tidbits. For now, you can check out a trailer we put together from previous events, brush up on your CQC tactics in the briefing room, or start up some discussion in the forums.

Having a 100% dedicated and interactive website for an event is a first for AP, and we hope to bring you guys more of these in the future. In fact, we may set one up for our next outdoor OP. We're happy to hear your feedback and suggestions for future improvements.

User accounts are shared, so if you have an account here on AP you don't need to sign up again on the CQC7 site. Just log yourself in and you're good to go.

Enjoy!

The training videos are VERY basic. That was really the point, for some of the more advanced teams they won't help much, but if anything it's eye candy to watch ;)

Thanks! That's because it is real. It's EATF man, that's how they roll.

Never saw it in the CQC3 vid.
Anyhow, excellent media presentation.
I'm really looking forward to competing.

Bad
a$$.

I really didn't expect so much work to be put into the CQC web page so after seeing this i'm even more excited for DRAT to come and give it our all again.

1st, 2nd, 3rd or 2nd to last!

Thanks, yeah it was quite a project. We will continue to keep this site updated for all the subsequent cqc events. This will be where we keep track of the teams, photos, and videos.

Look through the forum posts, especially on radio communication. Learn how to give a SITREP, as this is going to be important at the event.

Also keep visiting. More information about the plot will be unveiled.
