Systema M4A1 PTWS Review

Many of you noticed that I recently evaluated a Systema Professional Training Weapon System (PTWS). Well, my 45 days is up and the verdict is in. Check out the . All in all, I found this to be one of the most durable AEGs I've ever used on the field, I just wish it had a little bit more range. Anyway, check out the review for the full scoop.

Might want to add that the current magazines can be over-filled, resulting in jamming. That's the only issue I had when I field-tested a Systema M16A2. I actually found the M16 to be quite accurate, even with the 6.1mm barrel.

The tinker-er in me KNOWS that I can take care of the 6.1mm barrel issue *nods* IF it really is an issue. I have seen zero-rance/accuracy issue (accuracy is good enough for my satisfaction when i have test-fired troys rifles. However, WHEN i have one of my own, I will have ALOT more personal experience.

For the Record - I am presently saving my money for a systema M4 with 3 round burst trigger group.

Then we'll see how far this platform can really be pushed . . . . . *day-dreaming about spare upper-recievers to swap setups, short-barreled versions with grenade launchers, lasers, suppressors, and a host of other gucci gear*

I will say this, the one thing that impressed me the most when I test fired one of these babies was the smoothness of the action and how it triggerd. Matt, your review is outstanding and professional. Well done. Troy, these weapons systems are outstanding and I applaud you for pushing this product in the fashion you have. Well done. Now... I wonder who I can jack body organs out of to pay for this....

it is very handy but still very effective on CQB settings.
