ECHO1 M240B Video at Shot Show and More

Postby Matt » Wed Jan 19, 2011 3:02 pm

We got a look at the new Echo1 M240B at the Shot Show, including a look at the impressive 8mm gearbox. Price range for the 240 is in the $700-750 area, and it's being released as we speak to several retailers. We also take a look at a new unnamed support weapon prototype, Echo1's XCR series, a mean looking little GAT... and an M200 that makes even me want to rock a bolt.

They didn't tell us, but AONW may have asked when they were there.

"Brian" is actually one of the worst sales peolpe ever. Literally has almost no emoiton (or it just looks fake) and says nothing about the gun. He bugs me. I mean those girls who are giving out free samples of perfume at the mall are better sales people!

(end rant)

M240b in 8mm. So sexy.

Are they going to be selling the gearboxes as standalone?

Give him a break. None of the vendors I talked to were expecting a video interview. It hasn't really been done before (as far as airsoft goes), so people were a little nervous to be on camera so unexpectedly. We often had to wait for another rep because many of them were too nervous to give it a try.

That m200 looks amazing, just scared to think of what the price will be; hopefully they can keep it under $400. Awesome coverage guys.

I believe that is supposed to be the "KAC" LMG, I think ARES was making one there for a while havent heard much more about it.

I'm excited about the XCR; I am particularly interested in the 2-piece gearbox.

wait now I feel like an idiot where you talking about the XCR or the LMG thing? the XCR looking like an MK.46 made no sense so I just assumed you mean the LMG.... (yes I just now watched the whole thing...)
