ZSHOT/ARES at Shot Show 2011

We dropped by the ZSHOT booth at shot show to check out some of the latest releases from ARES. While we were there, we met the President of ARES and it just so happened the founder of Airsoft Innovations stopped by too. We plug their latest gadget, the gas can - if you haven't been living under a rock you probably already know what it is.

ARES has a new M3A1 grease gun we were very impressed with. This thing was solid as a rock. It's also electric and they store the battery in the magazine. There's no wires to worry about, everything is integrated and there's contacts right on the top of the mag. According to Wallace, a blow-back kit will be in this gun's future.

We also take a look at a Stoner LMG replica they had on prototype last year, still yet to be released but hopefully soon. Wallace shows us how quick and easy it'll be to swap the spring. Finally it looks like ARES is going to join the "entry level" AEG market with a low-cost M4A1 of their own with the same high quality internals found in other ARES products.
