Officially Licensed Knights Armament LMG from ARES

Postby Matt » Fri Jan 20, 2012 4:08 pm

So ARES recently announced the first ever officially licensed Knights Armament LMG. We had a chance to handle it at Shot Show 2012. This gun is a beast at 380-400 fps, full metal, a direct feed box mag, and a price tag at around $550 (which is not bad for a custom squad gun like this). It's currently available now, but in limited quantity.

We also got to take a look at how they are creating custom made rifle stocks for their sniper rifle platform. Mind you these stocks are pretty spendy for the average Airsoft player, but for somebody who is serious about having the right stock - this could be for you.

Nice, if they have fixed the chronic mag feeding problems.

This. From what I've gathered reading reviews, the box mag has trouble feeding... Which is weird, because my Ares MK46 had a similar box mag and fed perfectly.
