I just wanted to give everyone a little reminder about the rash of advertising bots/idiots that we have had on the forum here in the last three weeks or so. Here how is this going to work when you find a spammer:
1. DO NOT reply to it, they aren't coming back to see your reply anyway. If you reply, it just makes it harder for the admins and moderators to clean the place back up.
2. DO NOT click any of the links - not only are they probably not good deals at all or are scams, the links are filled with spyware and adware that will infect your computer in a very negative way.
3. Please PM an administrator or a moderator along with a link to the topic that has the spam on it and the username of the spammer, and we will take care of it.
Beyond that, please do not PM the spammer or reply to them. The quickest way for you to help get rid of them is to follow the three steps outlined above.
