Recent Server Outages; Fix is Coming

We're sorry about the recent interruptions in service to the website that we've been having lately. It appears that we are once again getting too big for our britches. That said, we're in the process of building a new webserver for AP, so help is on the way! Please bear with us during our transition time, we'll try to forecast any downtime related to the switch-over. We hope to have the new server in place within a couple weeks.

I think we should try to talk with the server and see why it keeps breaking down. We shouldn't just unilaterally replace it. We shouldn't be so judgemental and insensitive to its objections. I'm sure that we can reason with it without pulling out the plug!
