CQC5 Date Announced

Postby Matt » Mon Nov 27, 2006 9:43 pm

Our world famous Close Quarters Combat Competition has been announced for January 13th and 14th, you've all got about a month and a half to prepare! It'll be at StrikeZone again, but we've gone to great lengths to make this experience completely different, nothing like you've ever seen before. There will only be 10 slots for teams to sign up, so get your teams together now and reserve your slot. As always, there's a 6 member minimum for every stack. More details are on the way, see you all there!

Hell yeah.

I already volunteered to act!

APST reserves a Saturday morning slot. I think we'll have 8 on this stack.

From the other thread...

Dantes wrote:The schedule has been posted. Please, when you sign up your team, provide the number of participants OR (if you're really awesome) your full roster with all the names. Also provide which timeslot you want to occupy.

Yes, this is 90 minutes, as opposed to 3 hours for CQC4. This is a SINGLE callup style mission, but it'll be more immersive than all 3 other CQC4 scenarios combined.

Also: As with past CQC's. We will issue the distraction devices. When they do not come back you are liable for the replacement of the kit.

This shouldnt be much of an issue, but be advised I wouldnt be doing your best to break them or bounce them into places unknown.
