Depends on where you want to use it.
If you are trying to add images to a post, you can either upload one to the website and link to it - or upload to an external place like . Through the website, go to Media / Manage my Albums. Click on "upload image" to add a picture. Once you upload a pic you can then retrieve the URL or the BBcode for posting.
