New to the PNW

Postby BearGrizzly » Wed Jul 20, 2016 3:21 pm

Hello all, I used to play airsoft in Texas and played for about four years before I had to stop for job reasons.
That being said, I've decided to enjoy my beautiful state and play some airsoft !

As of right now the only piece of kit I have is a cheap tri-shot shotgun, I'm currently deciding if I want to go the gas shotgun route or if I'm going to use AEG's as they are more dependable in different weather conditions...

I hope to get to know all of you and be a part of the community.

Welcome dude.

Where You at?

Gas shotguns are pretty sexy, but if yer an outdoor guy, maybe AEG.

Also, my only experience is indoor CQB, which is why I was thinking shotgun.

Most events here are outside.
Plenty of good AEGs can be had for cheap these days.

I think there is only one indoor place left in the Portland Metro area.

I'd pop in to ThunderKissNW, and check out the Ares Amoeba.

Or something from Echo1's Red Star line, if yer feeling like a badboy/dirty commie.

Welcome,

The new TM line of gas shot guns are really effective even outside. I have seen them out range many AEG's and LM4's.
