A friend needs my help with his AR

Hi guys, me again.

So my friend got a Daniel Defense (This is an Airsoft AEG) at the swap meet at Oregon Airsoft arena.
He has been testing it out and what not, but there seems to be a problem. Every other shot just falls out of the barrel or something along those lines.
I'm going to go to his place this Saturday to help him, but I'm hoping y'all can give me some tips and possibly help on the matter? To perhaps solve this issue, cause I'm not experienced enough in this stuff to do much, besides go there, and hope I can wing it and solve the problem.

Might be an improperly installed hopup/bucking, or a broken or damage nozzle.

Turns out it was a normal thing that happins to most AEG's, he would pull out the mag, and a few BB's would fall out.
He just didn't give me enough info on it.
