I have a certain fondness for CQB. If there is enough interest, I'd probably be willing to present / oversee the occasional training course, either a "train the trainer" kind of clinic or run team training. I hear Warpaint is looking at putting in a CQB facility. Salem is a bit of a drive, but I could probably make it work.

However, having been burned in the past, it would have to be something that somebody else dumps the time into setting up.

Admittedly, my knowledge is a bit dated. But I did spend a couple of years teaching LE/MIL CQC/CQB/MOUT back in '06-'08. I also spent some time running an OPFOR crew and planning / evaluating training.
