Equipment Sources

Postby Pope_Alex_Kaeda_I » Fri Mar 16, 2007 11:24 am

This is the thread to post sources of equipment. Places you have used, or can recommend based on first-hand knowledge of their products, and service.

As an Example:
http://www.whatpriceglory.com/ - supplier of British/Canadian and American equipment, based out of California.

http://stores.ebay.com/Spearhead-Militaria - supplier of German, and limited American equipment. Based out of Singapore. Give yourself a little allowance in sizing. Size Singapore is different than Size American. I went with the largest Panzer Wrap I could find from him, and it is just about spot-on for my size. As I am losing weight (it comes on quickly, but goes away slowly), it'll be okay for me. Dont be afraid to break our the measuring tape, and measure yourself. Add an inch or two, to account for anything you're wearing underneath, and for comfort.

Mainly guns. Not all airsoft, some are cap firing or blank firing replicas or demilled actual guns, but some nice rare airsoft guns (including at one time a very rare 1980s JAC gas powered BAR.) http://www.wwiiguns.com

Tacgearstore.com, it is a great place to shop. It has better prices than many airsoft retailers such as AirsoftGI.com. They only stock Condor gear but they have it in almost all different colors including MC and ACU.

Service of Supply, www.serviceofsupply.com , I have experience dealing with them and have never had a complaint about service or product, would recommend to anyone looking for WWII gear.
He is also very knowledgeable and is a member of the Easy Co. 501st Reenactment group up here in the PNW, so he can help you with a lot of questions if you have any.

WWIIGuns.com is a scam, along with Tokyo Hobby, Vietnam Airsoft, etc.

Our store lost about $5k to them when we sent them a wire transfer and never got the goods.

Found this site yesterday. It's a UK site for WW2 airsoft that has some pretty comprehensive kit lists for German, Russian, British, American and even a basic Japanese kit.

I wasn't quite sure if this is the right place to post this but hitguns.com has a great selection of we luger P08 for WWII reenactments.
