Anyone interested in a US WWII/Vietnam Airsoft team should contact myself and or Soulreaper1234.

We have some requirement's but to get those, is no great issue. We are basing our "team" "Unit" whatever you want to call it off the 101st airborne, for more detail's contact me via PM or MSN.

No, but we'll take ya. Mind the loadouts cost a bet of pocket money.

Renegade doesn't discriminate against people who want to shoot at the Nazis (and the doggone dinks that infest Vietnam!).

I cant answer this question with perfect accuracy (I'm doing the German thing :-p), but I can give you a couple leads.

You'll have to figure out shipping.
Basic Uniform - $100
Boots - $150
Helmet's vary in price depending on what condition they're in. Keep your eyes open for one at a good price.
Depending on what weapon you carry, your web gear is running about $125
Now add your weapon.

You're looking at about $500 minimum, to do the most basic WWII 101st ABN impression - and believe me, there are Reenactors out there who want to slap me silly right now. Renegade can provide you with more accurate information about the absolute minimum's for the unit (like I said, I'm doing the German WWII thing - I'm just trying to help him get everything squared away. Such a polite war . . . . )

VIETNAM
Helmet- Anywhere from 5-20 Dollars. (I got my from Childs)
OD BDU's- Area from 40-60 Dollars.
Black Jungle Boots- 20-60 Dollars.
Flak Vest (Not requiered. But prefered.)-Pricing varys, but should no Exceed 60 dollars.
US Y strap Web gear- These are Cheap, easy to find and for a full set, it costs me about 30.
Replica- My Replica is in the High 200 range, but yours does not have to. AGM M14's (wood), TM M14's (wood), UTG M14's (wood), and XM177 rifles are fine to use. M16A1's are fine to use as well. (TM or CA prefered)

You get the Idea now right?

I've been jumping around Hellmuts ebay store and found that, minus the boots, you can get pretty well outfitted for more around the ballpark of 250 dollars. This is if you dont mind using a MPEG, and keeping your web gear to the minimum required loadout. (Disposable bandoliers ftw!) I know that 400 vs 500 dollars doesnt seem like much though.

My question is to Renegade; What is the bare minimum you think we should have in terms of our webgear for the WWII loadout?
