externally i guess, after all the m2 is a freaking box witha barrel.

internally its all about what you are doing

my idea is launching mini nerf balls
if you wanted to fire moscart grenades it would be different,

Here's a review of the launchers I recently ordered. Can't wait for them to arrive.

The key downside to the M79 was that it required the grenadier to carry an additional personal defense weapon, such as pistol or a submachine gun. This inconvenience was the key reason for development of the M203 underbarrel grenade launcher, which superceded the M79 in the service since early 1970s.

Quit your whining. This is what happens when you want a "kindlier, friendly AP."

+1. And really, what's the big issue with the necro post anyway? Honestly if it were such a big deal, nobody would reply, and the post would disappear into cyberland anyway. At least it gets people talking about airsoft.

The only issue with using a launcher of any kind is (provided using nerf rockets, tennis balls, 40mm grenade shells with the green "grenade" plastic projectile) is that you have to have support from the admins to enforce or notify of the kill. Building/bunker clearing in theory is entirely viable. But getting people to realize that there cover just got tagged with a rocket or grenade without an admin there, good luck lol.
When in doubt, empty the mag.

Sounds like you aren't playing with the right grenades or the right people.

I just starting running a grenadier kit lately and only because I got my hands on the TAGs grenades. I've reached out as far as 350' with them and the loud boom and BB's sprayed leaves no doubt.

Helps too that the people I play with call their hits.

Impressive distance. I'm limited to 180-200' with a tennis ball. May not make a bang or throw plastic everywhere, but it has a very distinct sound when its fired and hits something solid....now if the pressures were allowed higher, say 100-125 psi, range and impact would greatly increase. Bit this is for airsoft not range practice lol.
When in doubt, empty the mag.
