Gift bags:
Every PAID event attendee* (*up to first 72 attendees) will receive a gift bag containing varying gifts & coupons. There will also be extra random valuable gifts placed in select bags which are handed out randomly.

**Notice*** Sometime during the night/morning of 5-21-09 thru 5-22-09 someone broke into my vehicle and stole 2 boxes filled with propane adapters and a $300 AEG that belong to AAS. I normally do not leave these sort of things in my vehicle however I just simply forgot.

Because of this unfortunate incident the gift bag concept will not be as great as I have invisioned and planned for. It will still happen and there will still be good prizes. I am going to do my best to wrangle up something to compensate for the loss.

At this point I don't even know if we will get reimbursed between my insurance comapny and that of the sponsor. I just hope nobody was attending solely for this.

Waivers:

Be prepared to fill out a Airsoft Ammo Supply and BSP waiver - There is always confusion about "having a waiver on file". Splat Action & Airsoft Ammo Supply requires a NEW waiver at every event. So this means that nobody "has a waiver on file" and everyone must fill out a new one. Sorry NO exceptions.

I have included the links listed below so that you may print them out at home/work and have them prepared before hand and ready to turn in when registering. This will greatly reduce the amount of time spent at the registration booth.

Game details
5 teams:

MARPAT

ACU

MULTI-CAM

WOODLAND

PMC* *(Special Forces / Distruptor Team)

Who will win the day?

Your group, designated by your infidel camoflauge, will determine your placement on the field of battle. Only your camoflauge will be friendly to you, all others are your enemy!

Each group will control a different corner of the field. All other landmarks and villages are up for grabs.

Each villiage/land mark has a point value, but not an equal value to all teams. The locations that are nearer your base are only worth 100pts, while further bases point values will increase.

How does this work? Every team will have it's own map with it's point values on the map scale. As well as missions that will be independant of the game itself, but will require skill and motivation to complete allowing your team to gain more points in the game itself.

How do we control a point? By turning the color wheel to the corresponding Infidel team name.

How does this differ from all other games in the past?

Every 1.5 hours the game will stop (1st & 2nd round 1.5 hrs, 3rd round 1.0 hrs), allowing the team commanders to reestablish the location of their players. To begin their next offensive....or defensive plan.

There will be 2 30 minute breaks. This will give each player enough time to get back to their command base and get instructions on where they are to move to. (not to mention, reload, eat, etc.) At the restart whistle, the game will restart and the battle will continue for 1.5 more hours (with exception to final round). Stop, and redeploy. The cycle will continue until game end.

Points Scale:

Near Base Capture: 100pts

Medium Base Capture: 200pts

Far Base Capture: 300pts

Capture Enemy Main Base Flag: 500pts

Special Mission: TBD

Full Maps will be made available to the teams in a private forum and the day of the event.

There will be plenty of admin available to properly score the event for all teams.

Game Map:
Image

The point values will be maginally altered to meet the criteria and location.

You will be awarded points at the END of each round, meaning, fight and hold what you take. Whoever has it at the end of the round will receive those points. Then at the beginning of the next round you are repositioned by your leader in your controlled points.

Think: RISK.

Starting points:
Woodland Infidels - CeeBee Camp

There are multiple fields that can hold a large amount of people (Scapoose, Timber, Silverton).
If you are referring to Splat Action then it's the only one with a large amount of structures until the one in Keizer gets up and running.

Due to the entire list of logistics I want in a field for my event, Splat Action is the most suitable at this time.

2010 we can try somewhere new once the T1T field is ready to go or some other place that fits the event.

I would like to see pics of the silverton field
