We're from Salem and a bunch of us are hosting a game in Lebanon. Fun place to go... viewtopic.php?f=10&t=42547
As for Salem you just need to find someone with a private field or something (which there isn't many).

Not worth going to War Paint.... Been there done that. $15 for all day play... Sounds nice but what it really turns out to be you get 15 minutes then break for paintballers to have a game. Problem with this is that there is like 3 groups of paintballers so technically you get 15 minutes per hour. But what happens is that the paintballers want more time and what do they do? Take time away from airsofters that play. So now you're playing MAYBE 10 minutes per HOUR. Not worth the money!

At the swamp you will at least get 6 hrs (at least) of play time. 50 times the size all close quarters with 50 plus players. My goal is 75 players at this game. $15 for all day is worth it trust me As for the fuel we offered you a ride and would like some cash but not required (just a nice thing to do for someone helping you out). I'm hoping that someone will have a video camara at the game to post videos. I know lots of pics will be taken. My 2 cents The Swamp is WAY worth the money. If you can make it great but if not maybe next time. Also heads up usually airsoft slows down during the winter so not many more games left for the year and really starts back up about March.

:banghead:

Seriously, dude, you've been offered a ride and you still make excuses?

Maybe there's a reason you don't have any friends?

FOAD has been more than willing to help you out here. Take them up on it. Come play. I'm even willing to bet that if your one battery goes dead, one of FOAD will even have a spare.

Lose the "backyard warz" mentality and come play in the big time!

I'm not sure if you're by the Portland area but if you are or it's not outside the driveable distance for you to go, then check out Oregon Airsoft Arena.

• Quick turn around on games
• can go all by yourself and get thrown in a game
• Skill levels vary from 10 yr olds to vets with teams
• only airsoft, no paintball
• rental shop so you can use another gun if your battery goes down, (Check out li-po batteries)

also, take FOAD up on their offer. What do you have lose?

Your unwillingness to take help, and or take suggestions is mind numbing.

This website is about shared ideas, and information. If you do not take that information then you are wasting your time, and ours. Even our Teir 1 Trolls are here to help, and want to help.

Grounded lives in your town, is willing to give you a ride, easy peasy. Warpaint (if we're talking about the indoor one) SUCKS.
They do not keep up on maintenance of the ground area, which makes it very slippery and uneven, resulting in severe ankle injuries on the regular. Also, when it's all said and done, you're more likely to spend more money at war paint then you are at the swamp.

Your battery should not be a problem, mine lasts all day and I'm running it through a light machine gun! As far as being a big dude, that's what water and shade is for. We have a "ton" of big guys, myself included.

Lastly, and possibly most important. Please, please (at least) use CAPITAL letters at the beginning of your sentences, or we will deem you worthy to play paintball.

P.S. No, indoor places are not easy to get started. We need a section in forums labeled "pipedreams."

Never mind, airsoft isn't for quitters.

And yes, we play outside, all year round.

Mad dog wanted his account deleted, I deleted his posts too.

So this thread may not really make sense anymore. Oh well.
