I have been playing close to a year, my first event was a mini op at Silverton, Butterfly Wings, in March. Am I eligible to attend?

I've gotten plenty of PMs and questions about these two points:
Experience: If you've been around for a while, played at many big games, and think you're ready for extra shooting training and practice, then you're ready.

Guns: Unless your gun is upgraded with accuracy in mind (tightbore and rubber at least) then you will not benefit from this event, as many of the targets will be out of your range.

Roster updated.

To answer a few questions I got via PM:
Q: Do I need a scope?
A: It isn't required. A scope will come in handy though.

Q: What if all I have for my DMR is a highcap?
A: Thats fine for this event.

Q: What if my DMR chronos too high?
A: We'll allow a small margin of error since this is a learning experience. Better to find out now that your replica shoots X-FPS high, than at a game when its your only replica.
