Looks like we'll be at about 150 for this event, although there are many who have not RSVP'd who have expressed interest. Looking forward to seeing everybody out there, so far this looks to be a record for our "Swap Meet" type events.

This is also added to the first post in the thread.

1. You'll pay at the gate, as we've mentioned. The guys at the gate will give each person a wrist band + raffle ticket. Have your money ready for all of the folks in your vehicle please! You DON'T turn in waivers or fill them out here (because we don't intend to start a traffic jam).

2. Turn in waivers at the Chronograph Station, if you intend to play. Be sure to look at the schedule and have your waivers turned in at the and your guns chronographed before the start of the game, as it may be hard to join a game that's already in progress. HAVE YOUR WAIVERS FILLED OUT AHEAD OF TIME, IT SAVES US HEADACHES!

3. Selling/Camping spots are first come first serve. There's plenty of room for all of us, but if you are picky about where you want to setup you had best get there early.

4. We'll have FREE stuff; posters, calendars, vendor coupons and more at the AP booth. When it's gone, it's gone. The "karma giveaway" bin will probably be in the vicinity of that too.

Where will parking be?
...looks like camping & swap meet stuff is happening where folks normally park...?

Blue/Yellow teams seperated by camo, or will you just be making it 50/50 at the staging area by attendance?

For those camping, you can have your vehicle with your campsite. For anybody else there's plenty of parking alongside the road. We will also open up the south side of the road in the field for parking (and raise the netting) if need be.

They'll do teams at the beginning of each game, depending on attendance. This is why we wanted to go with armbands. The amount of folks playing or what camo they might have on could vary from game to game.
