Well, I didn't go. Couldn't find a ride, but that's okay, since my AK hasn't showin up yet. I would have been without an AEG.

Wow, that was a blast. I'm very glad I showed up. Some pretty good action in there...can't wait for the pics.

Attack37, thanks a ton for keeping the people moving and the games rolling. It was nice to meet you. Though it was way condensed, I still learned some good things from your little seminar. Your stories and jokes were also great, lol.

Variable and Bubba, good to meet ya doodz.

It was great to finally get out to a real game and get some trigger time. I got a chance to try out my new loadout under good conditions, and i'm very pleased. Tigerstripe rocked out there!

Again, thanks to everyone who hosted and ran this event. Also to those who attended, you made it what it was, and that is fun.

Wow.....today reminded me of this one time in Nam....lol

No, great turn out. Looked like we had 36 shooters on the field and around 2 to 4 camera folks. Here is a real quick, down and dirty AAR.

Purpose:
To go out and play some skirmishs and have a good time.

We sure succeeded in that.

Improves:
Have strip maps to the site either posted or ready to hand out to drivers, didn't loose anyone but I am sure that people would have felt better if they had a map to look at.

Perhaps a better plan of games/missions. I was literally pulling stuff out of the air, but after we started, things rolled along pretty good.

Impliment more team related stuff. I know WAR had the largest turn out, but I should have thought of a few things the smaller teams could do.

Sustains
Not once was there even harsh language used towards another player in anger or disagreement. (except for me taunting the other team)

Turn out was awesome. It wasn't till the last few days did I realize we would push 30+...I never imagined 36 (We even had 8 local folks who played last weeked MIA...which would have placed us around 45)

I feel the quick "class" on patrolling had an actual affect on the newer players and helped dust off the cobwebs on the older ones. I heard alot of talk once contact was made.

Overall
Overall was a wonderous success. I would greatly like to thank all the folks who showed up, especially the guys from Seaside and Klamath Falls. You guys drove 3+ hours and I hope it was worth it.

In the future we will makes sure to make people aware of this kind of stuff a month in advance. Hope to see everyone, and more, at the next one.

lol i will never forget your battle cry Attack37... "DIE MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" As i look up and literally eat two bullets. good games guys, i really appreciated being part of the sniper element on the war side, and I will gladly contribute to any future matches any way i can. i never saw so many people so close having a good time shooting each other... and amazingly, no fist fights. great variety of scenarios and great guys out there.

That was one great game, absolutely zero cheating or any other BS. Since I was the first to die in the last scenario I'd say the third one was my favorite. Oh yeah, and that is some damn good chicken.

Thanks everyone for coming out, especially the people who live outside of Eugene/Springfield area for coming. I had a great time.

I hope everyone enjoyed Chicken Bonz. :) For those who had wings, there are now well over 100 chickens that can't fly anymore. The guy at the counter said next time they'll set aside 150 wings to take care of our first round.

Here are some of the pics from the event.

Glad that all that came out did and had a good time. Look forward to the next one we have, it will most likely be at our other field that has some interesting terrain.

Hope more can make it out to the next one as well.
