And... for the sake of clarity on my own part, a melee weapon is something used for killing that is other than an airsoft gun. Right?

There's a private forum for each side where you'll receive various game specifics (map of field, game play rules, intel, etc). It's your responsibility to be prepared on game day. Each team will have a designated admin to help as the game progresses with your questions or concerns.

To gain access:
1. Navigate to Community / User Groups in the top menu.
2. Pick your side from the drop-down list, all groups for this OP start with "LOWIV" Click "View Information"
3. On the group page, click the button to join.
4. Wait. A group moderator will accept your request, might take a day. Be patient.

You have until November 1st to decide if you want to switch teams. There will be no switching at that point to maintain integrity of the private forums.

I just realized what an idiot I am (though not for the first time) I'm sorry. I was thinking that I was in the private forum when I was replying to these messages... I didn't see that I was in the main post area.
