Simply because there were a few people out there that were inadvertantly or specifically on purpose not honoring a hit will not stop me from enjoying shooting them a few extra times for the fun of it.

Hell, I actually was able to sight in on a guy from 70+ yards away. 7-10 hit him (torso). He just didn't have any idea where it came from..and dismissed it and kept firing. It was bad form on his part, but oh well. I stopped shooting him and found a new target.

Now, there was some really honorable play that I believe must be mentioned. Single BB engagements at long range are a thing of beauty...especially when the player on the receiving end immediately honors the hit. (these are the things that are GREAT for the sniper type dudes)

Wickers...70 yards. Head shot, uphill. He was firing from a depression and his melon was the only visible target. (hence the reason headshot) He flinched, and started fishing for his rag. I immediately called to him and let him know it was me....A big smile and a thumbs up was the return gesture. That is sportsmanship.

I got zapped a few good times. A few guys clipped me when I was moving to the top of hamburger hill. All good shots for the range, one impressive due to it being ONE round. Well done.

Lastly, the most humorous incident of the day: I'm popping this shitbird from a ways out. This dude is calling the hit, but not calling the hit. Lemme explain: He is yelling at his team mates to STOP SHOOTING HIM. He is like...WILL YOU STOP SHOOOOOTING ME! So, after 4-5 rounds...and the last hit him in the neck. Dude went apeshit for a second screaming " O)($#)(@$)*@#$@*# " and left quick!

These are shots taken, that are almost more gratifying than a guy instantly honoring the hit...because they know they are being shot...they don't think it is possible..then they get hit where it really stings (albeit luck on my part).

AHAH HAHA, and I did have a good time.

You always have a good story to tell.

Must agree with the warm and fuzzy feelings you can get from those few shots that piss people off like nothing else just for the humor.

Had a great time out there, day started horrible with a few cheaters, but from then on it was great. Remember if you're taking rounds from somewhere you don't see and don't hear doesn't meant that they don't count. The wookie is still probably watching till you hit the ground. If the rounds cause you pain and twitching, just call it don't try to go Rambo, its always nice to have a reason to keep shooting at you, but it can get old after awhile. Also, just because no one is around on your walk back to spawn doesn't give you the ability to take of your death rag and magically spawn from that location, saw this happen a couple times out on the field and keep in mind wookies are great player admins, or have the ability to call them on you. You might not see them, but they certainly can be watching you.

Heard from Seagreen that some blue guys were getting pissed that I wasn't calling my hits. Keep in mind I was wearing a plate-carrier AND a ghillie. Theres times where I can't feel the shots. Point me out and call me on it, I will believe you, but don't throw a phony pony fit to the superiors and act like I'm cheating.

Had a great time shooting anyone coming into view. Defending Red teams ground was fun, but held me back from a main objective for the day of getting into the firefight with Seagreen. Great shot at the end of the day. Had some intel on your location and acted upon it. Too bad there wasn't enough time for me to do a proper stalk on the location, and that the intel be off enough to put the desired path to you within a perfect kill shot of you. Nice shot at the end I must say. Sorry for not calling the first couple hits, the front of the ghillie was open and just absorbed it all on those cross shots and never knew. Hell, next time I'm giving you what channel I'm on so you can call me on it to save rounds and time. You kept your promise from the morning.

Had a great time, can't wait for the next one.

It takes a very strong man with devotion to his diety to abstain from sex, dude. The guy has a girlfriend. What kind of self control can you exhibit? People like you piss me off.

People like Brandon make me have hope for the future. If it wasn't for good people with strong moral fiber like him, people like you would be taking care of me and making my decisions for me when I'm old (er).

Have a nice day You little stinker.

Hell yeah! Man us sniper guys are the best Lol, I totally know what you guys were talking about. There's no better rewarding feeling than when you blast someone from a long way off, they look around with the obvious "WTF!" expression, whip out the dead rag and lay down.

Hella, during the first match when ShadowFox and 937th OSK were charging the village, I moved up with my Squad leader to the large building with the balcony, well being the sniper I am, I ran up to the balcony and took cover.

It was a total enemy at the gates moment for me, I used the hole right in the center of the wall to get ten confirmed kills in less than that many minutes, then my spotter Leea, and my Sergeant First Class and my brother Sergeant as well as our medic showed up and we held that position for the rest of the game, we killed so many people... even though we lost, it was still amazing, for the 15 or so minutes I was alone up there, I made so many damn long range shots. I just spotted my targets, slowly pushed my barrel through the hole and blasted, it was awesome.

My only complaint about the entire thing is Chronoing, which I know has been covered so I'll leave it at that. But in the 4th match I was over by Hamburger hill and someone blasted me from behind and shot out my tooth, its broken at a 45 degree angle and I have to wait two more months just to finish the Root canal lol! Whoever was in that thicket near hamburger hill DAMN YOU! Turn your gun down man, it must've been shooting in excess of 500FPS Lol, I've been shot in the teeth before but never had one broken.

MOVING ON...

Other than that, Mad Dog was DE SHIZNIT! I F**KEN LOVED IT! Nice job AP, cant' wait to play again.

I want to know which one of you wookies shot me in my belly button at the end of round 2 near Fort Petersen. That was a great shot and if I wasn't so tired I probably would have peed my pants laughing. It was a total Big Red One moment. Here me and my fat a$$ are standing out in the open asking the admin what he said. He repeats himself that the game is over and POP right in the gut.... Man send that letter to my family. I would you give you great credits for the shot if the target size wasnt so big. Ah hell great shot anyway. Good way to end the game.

As far as the village goes and you blue snipers holed up in the buildings...... DAMN YOU GUYS!!!! If I could have just had an airstrike, or tank or RPG even. That was a TOUGH first round.

Who was shooting up the bridge near the Red respawn? You bastards. I had to respawn and saw a firefight going on there and just thought that sucked. I needed to get back to my unit and not worry about the bridge. However wether it was sure luck or my ploy worked I found if you just wandered over it acting clueless and out of the game noone would shoot at you. Got me back to my unit so if you saw me thanks for not shooting.

I agree 100% with what Knuckles is saying here.

Going out and laying your sausage in any girl who's willing to receive does not make you a man. It makes you a little boy who wants to be a man.

Brandon, however, is acting in accordance with his beliefs. When the time is right for him (and his girlfriend/wife), they're not going to be trading Herpes for Crabs.

He's a better man than most around here.

Only God can judge you now ;)

But . . . . . say a couple Hail Marys, a couple Benedictions of the 1337th Apostle, and attend Gods Garden Party . . . . . you'll be good ;)

I'm with you Bill. I was weaker when I was younger. I'm still weak now. When I'm having a moment of weakness, its nice to know that theres guys like Brandon out there, that I can look up to, and say "he can do it . . . . I can too!". If you take pride in your weakness, you're a tool. If you're looking to make yourself into someone better than who you are . . . . look inside yourself and see whats really important.

Dirty, when this type of thing begins to raise it's ugly head, it's best to lay low for a while and ignore things.

Once you make a hole, even tho it may be small and meaningless to you, others will want you to jump in the hole and stay there. Just let it go, and this thread will get back on topic.

right fellas?
