Still tiring to mooch $30 from a friend. I'll let you know Friday if I can go or not.

remember that cold weather can zap your batteries power. So make sure to limit any unnecessary shooting and bring/charge any extra batteries you have.

Even a full battery will appear dead when cold enough (nimhs and nicds). If you are having battery issues try warming it up (stick it in a pocket close to your body, preferably your torso, as that will be warmest) before assuming it is dead and going for your spare. Also, keep your spare battery warm the same way. Careful with those stick types though, you can break them if you aren't careful.

@ Rick, will there be facilities for charging batteries on site?

...Eat more. That's what someone told me at LOWIII when they noticed my vest was loose as Dan, or bring two bucks. And I still can't fit in that vest...

Yes Craig, you can use your phone. You can also use your brain and read the main thread where Rick posted the requirements for a time piece. Look at your phone and see if it tells time like every other cell phone. If so, then it counts as a timepiece. U no use brain Craig. ;)

This. You don't have to have it on your wrist.
