Just show up. Bring water, and wear boots. Bring whatever airsoft gun you're going to use (obviously) and enough gear to carry it all with you out on the field. The field directions are posted in the original thread so you can get someone to drive you out.

Everthing else you need to know will be explained to you at the game.

It's a skirmish so it all depends on how long people want to go. So it could be 10am-2pm or 10am-5pm. It varies.

Blunt rubber training knives are the standard... rare to see a player use one. Very light soft slash and say "knife". Unless you've played seriously for awhile I'd reccommend not to try this. And don't bring some sharp plastic bit either, not a good idea. Also be mindful, some players can get offended by this. Don't go into the game thinking you're going to get knife kills.

Safety kill within 10 feet against one person. It's pretty pointless to say it to 5 guys who are all going to turn around and shoot you. If you can't hit him or can't see him, don't call it. He could be anywhere else. 400FPS does hurt, choose where and when to shoot when you can.

Although if 3 guys walk by your position and you stand up, point your gun at each person and say "safety kill" for each person while bricks are being shat.... God today was a great skirm!
