IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: READ THIS
I wanted to reiterate that this is a bring your own table event. We will not be providing tables to teams, vendors, or private sellers. You need to bring whatever tables, signs, banners, awnings, chairs, cardboard cutouts of Batman or whatever it is you need to make your booth. Furthermore absolutely nothing can be left on the field, please remove all cardboard boxes, packaging, trash, equipment and materials used for your area when you leave the field.
Also keep in mind that spots are first come first serve. If you think it's ideal to setup in a specific place, show up ON TIME and snag that spot. This area is really not much bigger than a football field so there are really no "bad spots." There's plenty of room for everyone and it's easy to walk from one side to the other. We will be posting a facility map soon with markings as to where the vendor, camping and staging zones will be.
