ARES AEG's and questions about my Current gun.

I have decided my next gun to be either an ICS MP5 or an ARES G36 when it comes out. I am not sure though how ARES is as an AEG maker. I am aware that they make some really nice externals and some really rare guns but how are their internals?

Now a question about my Magpul PTS MOE.
I was playing yesterday and while shooting the trigger got really hard to pull and i had to exert alot of force onto it. I don't know if it matters but it was freezing cold.
Also a cracked BB or two or three came out of the barrel. I was using PFORCE bb's so i don't think low quality BB's were a problem.

Also (I am not sure what this part is called) while i was pulling back on that thing to make that awsome sound the trigger that would help keep the gearbox open flew off it.
Here are some pics. Any reason why this happened? It looked like the screw was loose.

The part that broke is the charging handle latch. A pin that normally holds it in place fell out. You can buy replacement ones, but since this is an AEG and not a GBB or RS, you don't really need to worry about it.

If your after a MP5, I'd wait till the new version of the ICS comes out/the new SRC/ the A&K clone of the Systema MP5. Supposedly they will be more awesome than jesus riding a zombie raptor so it might be worth waiting for (unlike sex). ARES is basically STAR re branded, and the general school of thought with them has been their guns suck, but their other bits have been pretty win.

My new TAVOR works great! Unfortunately it's a pain in the a$$ to get the gearbox out and disassembled so I don't think I'll be diving into the internals, unless I need to. So it looks like ARES is doing a better job with their internals as of late. As I said before, mine works great! and because the hopup is attached to the gearbox it makes for incredible compression/accuracy.

That makes it tough for me. 3 new MP5's. I'll just have to wait and see what the review will say.
