As far as I know, those sites are your only options. I've been considering picking one up for my SAW kit, I'll probably order from EbayBanned, as they've been good to me so far.

if you want to get a Elcan Specter Dr. cheap. Elcan will sell a refurbished one for about $1,075 with shipping. I got this info from someone else but he said that it saved him some money only like 50 bucks.
