Issue with Tokyo Marui P-90

It skips BBs, like it shoots one round, skips and dry fires one round, then fires another round, and repeat.

I don't know very much about the internals of airsoft guns (though I probably should, i've always tended to leave that to the professionals), but if it's not an issue with the magazine, what else could be the problem, and would it be easy to see?

Could be your nozzle isn't always pulling back far enough which could be traced to the tappet plate. If it's not the mag it probably will not be easy to see.
