is jg a good brand

im am looking at the jg mp5s and m4s
do they break easily and require lots of repair
or r they good sturdy guns

they are cheap. You get what you pay for. I would recommend saving your money for a better brand gun.

Two factors you need to consider before buying a gun:

1) Budget

2) How much you're actually going to play

JG is a good brand for starters. In the long run however, JG sucks a rat's a$$.

Just beware that the plastic JG mp5s are clusterf*cks, if you must get a JG mp5 get a metal one.

Their M4s can hold their own however...

there pretty much the same gun as everyother gun.. They just have plastic bushings... Iv seen some jg's that are freaking crazy.

I have a jg mp5 navy that came witha full metal body Ris, and forgrip for 160 bucks new, that i'v had sence like 2006, its been painted like 15 times.. But it still shoots bb's.. at 368 fps last time i chrono'd it.. i'v probably put close to 35 to 40 bags of .25 bb's thru it on a 9.6v battery, I agree it sounds like crap now after 4 years of abuse. But it shoots 15fps lower then it did when i got it. its never been opened up internally or anything. Jg isn't that bad of a gun dude.. Lmao
