trigger lock in semi

Postby Mongrol » Tue Sep 07, 2010 9:34 am

I just put a gearbox back together on my friends broken gun and it works now but if you pull the trigger in semi it locks back and has to be pushed forward again, whereas in auto its fine and has no problems. This is the first time iv had this problem with all the gearbox's iv rebuilt.

1st, what version is it?

This may sound dumb, but did you put the trigger spring back in correctly? From what it sounds like, you may have forgotten to put it in. In semi, the trigger contacts are pushed forward by the trigger then disengaged from the trigger by the cut-off lever. Thus making the trigger stay forward. In auto, the contacts stay with the trigger the entire time and can therefore push the trigger back to its original position.
For every action (Bang) there is an equal and opposite reaction (HIT!)
