Classic Army M15A4 No semi automatic...

My rifle is used, however the owner did not mention that semi works about 5% of the time. SOMETIMES it does burst. Any ideas? I'm a big semi user, and yes, I COULD do burst... but I like to have my guns 100%. Any ideas would be helpful.

As in it shoots fully automatic on semi? If so then your cutoff lever is worn down (its really common for people who like using semi-auto).
