Mk5 hop up

So i recently bought a crap load of parts to create a new gun. evey thing in here is amazing quality, minus the hop up. The hop up is being really stuborn and won't move its nub. I have every thing assembled, but when i move the lever-the thing that holds the nub just stays inplace.

any help?

or you could sell me and mk5 hop up and that would be epic.

"Mk5"? No. If you mean MP5, there's several brands and a lot of them use different types. A little more info would be nice.
