Any feed back on lenses? I have one I go at the outlet. Im happy with it. The only thing I don't like is somthing that I HATE...th rear lense is reflective. I hate it so much. Anyone ha e one that isn't mirrored?

All the rear lenses that I've seen on EOtech replicas are that way. I got so sick of it i ended up buying a RS parallax free red dot. Here's the one that I ended up getting; it's pretty sick: http://www.amazon.com/Vortex%C2%AE-StrikeFire-Rifle-Scope-Suitable/dp/B001Q8GEWS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1302578954&sr=8-1

I have the flip-up lens covers, and as long as I keep the rear one parallel to the rest of my rifle, there is no mirroring effect.

WOW! I'm ok with the $50 China clone. I'm only shooting BBs not real bullets.

Yes I can also see reflection on the rear side of the lens. Also in a cold weather you may also see some fog or moisture trapped inside the lens. I use my Ninja skills if I encounter such bad situations.

$150 for an optic isn't much... Nicer ones (for airsoft) are ~$200. And, G&P EOTechs aren't any better than ACM ones, but Hurricane EOTech's are the best replicas. I've owned all 3.

Buy a RS one. I'm sure you could find a used one for under $300 ;)

Tacticool vs. Practicool... Whatever makes you happy, it cant be that bad.
I still wont spend $100 or more on an Eotech replica.

if you gonna spend 200 bucks on a copy spend the extra 50 bucks and get a used real one.

i have on of the 70 dollar 552 clones ( and a real eotech 512 ) and my only complaints are that the glass on the copy is really dark compared to the real one, the back lens is reflective, you can see the reticule from both ends of the sight, and that it ghosts a bit.

it was worth it to get the copy, it is by far durable enough for my .22 where it sits now.

no they dont if you know where to look. they cost $400 and up new. AR15.com. you can find a 512 for 250 and 275 used and not abused.

look like the 512 is currently going for 350 used. be patient and you can get a killer deal. like anything, the prices fluctuate almost daily.
